holiday desk decor

As November is ending, it is time to make our desks festive! This is desk friendly for your college dorm or your office space. With a few of these cute decorations, you’ll be in the holiday spirit in no time. There are decorations ranging from little trees, advent calendars, countdowns, battery operated lights and more. Let us take a look into some products we can use to “spruce” up our desks!

Mini Christmas Tree

For only $20, you can have this cute little Christmas tree that lights up and you can also add decorations to it! You can also buy this pack of three little trees that do not light up but they come in three colors so you could give one to a friend. The color options are red, purple and gold!

Miniature Figurines

Depending on whether you like Santa, reindeer, snowmen, or other cute knick knacks, you can find a lot online! You can purchase this miniature figurine set from Etsy for $12 and it is vintage.  This would be great to put under your miniature Christmas tree.

Battery Operated Christmas Lights

This 30 count of lights is perfect for your desk, especially since you do not have to use an outlet! These battery operated lights from Target are only $5 and it comes in multicolor or warm white. These are a great addition to behind your computer or laptop just by using command hooks to keep them stable.

Stockings

A great way to involve your staff or roommates in festivities is to have a craft break and make stockings with your coworkers. You can get cheap stockings and decorate them with your name with glitter glue or fabric paint! You can find stockings almost anywhere this time of year.

Snow Globes

Another cute way to decorate your desk is with snow globes. Growing up, I always got one for my birthday or holiday and I still have them till this day. Kohl’s has a great collection of snow globes and you can find some great Christmas options here

Use Your Imagination

I have seen many people use their imagination by using wrapping paper, bows, and other decorations you can get at a local craft store. Get your friends or coworkers involved and make it a tradition! You can even do this during an office party. Happy Holidays from your friends at BetterYou!
