Information Collection
Personal Information
“Personal Information” refers to information that may be used to identify an individual or your account, including but not limited to your first and last name, home or other physical address, location, email address and password, phone number, age, subdomain information, gender, app usage, and data from health and fitness sources.
We may request Personal Information to enhance your use of the BetterTime Service, facilitate correspondence with you, register your entitlement to access certain features, or complete transactions. Providing Personal Information is voluntary, but certain features of the BetterTime Service may not be accessible without it.
Health and Fitness Data
We may collect the following data from Google Health Connect: ExerciseSessionRecord, SleepSessionRecord, StepsCadenceRecord, and StepsRecord.
We may also collect data from Apple Health, such as Steps, Sleep, Mindful Minutes, Exercise Minutes, Pushes, and Wheelchair Distance.
This health and fitness data is used to enhance your experience with the BetterTime Service by providing personalized recommendations, tracking your progress, and offering insights into your health and wellness.
Upon request to the Data Protection Officer, Better will delete any account and the associated data within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request.
Technical Information
We may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to behavior information, technical details about your device(s), system and application software, and peripherals—to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services related to the BetterTime Service. We may also automatically receive and record information from your browser, such as your IP address, cookie information, browser information, and the page you requested. While Better does not use this information to personally identify you, it may be aggregated and used to improve the Service.
Use of Personal Information
Your Personal Information is kept confidential and used to support your relationship with Better and our products and services. This may include helping you quickly find information, leveraging tools within the BetterTime Service, facilitating interaction with third-party services you opt into, and alerting you to product upgrades, special offers, and other new products and services.

Customer Accounts may only be created for end users who are 18 years or older and residents of the United States of America. You agree not to open or attempt to open a Customer Account for any end user that does not meet these criteria.

The content of this Website is protected by law, including but not limited to United States copyright law, trademark law, and applicable international treaties. You are granted permission to display, reproduce, distribute, and download the materials on this Website solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that none of the content is modified and all of Better’s legal legends are retained.
